All my tutorials assume you have knowledge of PSP. I am still using PSP 9 just do not have any desire to upgrade at this time. I will be at some point adding some older tutorials I wrote with updated images as we know how often artist copyrights change.
These tutorial are my own creations, my ideas that have been inspired by the scrap kit and/or the tubes. Any resemblance to another tutorial is a coincidence.
I respect artist and other copyrights no matter which community you belong to pixel art, taggers, scrap kit designers, tutorial writers and the wonderful artists who offer up their creations for free or paid.
